Here is a great nostalgic piece. The lights work as they should, and the little red sign on top of the building still rotates. Please refer to the photos regarding the cardinal on the roof. It broke off several years ago, but is still attached with glue. In the third photo, you will notice there are a couple of very minor chips at the base of the building in the gray paint.
